Job requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in the mobile game industry with a high degree of product management skills especially for Casual or Hyper-casual games
  • Experience with agile methodology and systems like Scrum, Kanban etc
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field (or equivalent experience required)
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to find simple yet creative solutions to complex problems
  • Ability to analyze game KPI’s and provide an executable plan to improve them
  • Ability to identify bottlenecks and improve processes
  • Being an effortless communicator, visually and verbally
  • Proficient in spoken and written English (must)


Plus If You Have:

  • Experience with Unity & Git
  • Experience in statistics, data analysis


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Define, maintain, and communicate the creative vision for the projects in order to ensure a phenomenal player experience
  • Work together with the development team for planning and setting up new features & updates
  • Organize workflows and pipelines that aid & improve the project lifecycles
  • Maintain a strong relationship with Development, Art & Marketing teams
  • Be the bridge between Game Studio and Marketing departments by planning, organizing, prioritizing & assigning tasks.
  • Work with our Data Analysts to leverage our existing tools while also giving constant feedbacks to build the best analytics & visualization tools per game requirements
  • Stay on top of the market and inform the studio on the upcoming trends to ensure we develop games that match our player’s expectations
